Cookie Policy
A. What ‘cookies’ are and what they are used for
Cookies are short sequences of structured textual information that are stored in the browser’s local memory for varying periods of time in order to enable the management of certain types of remote services. By means of cookies, it is possible to record various types of information relating, for example, to one’s preferences together with technical data that enable easier and more personalised browsing.
In the course of browsing, the user may also receive cookies from third parties, the responsibility and management of which falls exclusively on the respective operators. Cookies, in fact, can be installed not only by the owner and manager of the website (so-called direct cookies) but also by managers outside the website (partners) visited by the user (so-called third party cookies).
Casa Tabor’s cookies are ANONYMOUS, i.e. they do not contain any of the user’s personal information such as name, surname, e-mail or other and therefore allow safe and privacy-friendly browsing.
Cookies are divided into three macro categories:
- Technical cookies: these are necessary for the proper functioning of the site and make it possible to manage access operations (e.g. login, acceptance of terms of use), configuration preferences (e.g. language) and personalisation of browsing experiences
- Analytical cookies: they allow us to know how visitors use the site, what content they access and where they come from, in order to assess and improve the operation of the site and its content
- Profiling cookies: these are used in order to send advertising messages and personalised commercial proposals and to position the messages themselves, verifying whether the user has already seen the specific message or to dynamically build the profile of the same user so as to be able to offer messages in line with the preferences elaborated while browsing the web
The following table describes the cookies used on the Casa Tabor website. This is a single cookie, which is technical, not strictly necessary and does not store any type of information linked to the user.
Name | Domain | Url | expiry date | Description |
pll_language | casatabor.ssmgen.org | / | 1 anno | This is a technical cookie to enable the site to display pages in the chosen language. Not accepting cookies does not guarantee the correct functioning of the translated versions. |
B. Characteristics and purposes of the cookies installed by the Site
In the course of navigation within our casatabor.ssmgen.org site (hereinafter the “Site”), information is collected only through technical cookies which are indispensable for the functioning of the site and do not track users’ activities in any way. In the course of navigation within the Site, the user will not receive any profiling cookies. Finally, by clicking on some links, the user may be redirected to external sites that, independently and not under the control of Casa Tabor, may in turn send cookies (ref. paragraph C).
C. Third party” cookies
While browsing the Site, you may also receive third-party cookies. Among these, the most frequent are the so-called “social buttons”, i.e. the buttons on the Site that depict the icons of social networks (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Youtube) and that allow you to interact during browsing directly with the reference platforms.
Below is a list where you can consult the privacy policy of each one, containing – among other things – the criteria for managing cookies and related information and how to request their deactivation:
Tipo di cookie | Link |
https://www.facebook.com/policies/cookies/ | |
Youtube | https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=it&gl=it |
Links with social networks are simply links to specific areas of third party sites. These sites may in turn install cookies for various purposes but this is outside the control and responsibility of Casa Tabor. We therefore invite you to refer to the specific documentation provided by each linked site.
D. Browser settings.
All browsers provide, either directly or through components made by third parties, the possibility of deleting cookies either selectively (a specific group of cookies) or generally (all cookies).
